MATT GARDINER - Manager
Matt, began his career as an apprentice with Torquay United, before moving to Shrewsbury Town. He played for a host of Midlands clubs including Moor Green, Stourbridge and Halesowen Town before he joined Redditch Utd where he was an integral part of the 'double winning' squad of season 2003/04 that won the Dr. Martens Western League title before going on to win promotion to the newly formed Football Conference North League. Matt left The Valley for Worcester City in 2005 before moving to local rivals Bromsgrove Rovers who he captained and played for until rejoining the Reds for the final months of season 2009/10.

JOHN SNAPE - Assistant Manager
John (Snapper) Snape. The former West Bromwich Albion apprentice, Halesowen Town, Hereford United and Bromsgrove Rovers team mate of Matt's also has managerial/coaching experience at clubs such as Worcester City, Stratford Town and Bromsgrove Rovers.
JOHN REEVES - Goalkeeper Coach
John is a specialist goal keeping coach who has over 30 years experience at many levels of the game both as a player and a coach. John's previous clubs include Yeovil Town, Chard Town, Solihull Borough and Stratford Town.
