Club Gears Up for Busy Half Term

Redditch United ‘football in the community’ is gearing up for what promises to be an exciting Half Term for some lucky youngsters.  This new initiative, launched earlier this year, is focused on involving children of all ages from within the local community in football related activities whatever their level of ability.  This proved very popular during the summer with over 100 young people from the age of 6 to 12 taking part.  Led by ex-professional footballer, Graham Hyde who is also Joint Manager and Coach of the Club’s First Team, spaces are limited so the advice is book early.

“Soccer camps are a great way to make new friends and enjoy fun exercise,”  said Graham.  “They proved very popular during the summer months and as we head into the football season we are hoping to attract even more young people to enjoy and learn more about our much loved sport.”
