Red's Pleased To Announce NEW Sponsors ....

Redditch Utd Football Club are pleased to announce their main

sponsor for season 2009/10 as North East Worcestershire College

or NEW College as it is more commonly known.

A large part of the College’s operations are based in Redditch so

their locality to The Valley Stadium is a big positive in terms of the

sponsorship deal.

Red's Chairman, Ken Rae, said of the deal, 'this is a fantastic opportunity for the club to further forge links with our local community and hopefully this season will be the first of many working together in partnership with our neighbours at NEW College, this deal enables the college to have a formal link with the town's football club and who knows we may be able to encourage some of the students to come along to The Valley Stadium and get involved with the Club and maybe even generate some footballing stars of the future'

Before the season kicks off on Saturday August 8th there will be an official 'kit launch' event at The Valley Stadium this Thursday August 6th at 5pm when the new kit and our new sponsors will be officially unveiled to the press.

The new look Red's kit for this season, is to be manufactured by Italian sportswear firm Errea and supplied through 'Protech Sport' a local sports wear supplier fronted by former Birmingham City footballer Jerry Gill. The kit will bear the NEW College logo on the front of the home and away strips along with the home strips of ALL the Club's Youth and Junior teams from Under 9's up to and including Under 18's ensuring that all of the Redditch Utd teams are instantly recognisable wherever they are competing around the country.
