Reduced Admission Prices For Friendly Matches ....

Reds's Chairman, Ken Rae, today announced that admission prices for the

two home friendly matches against Carl Heggs's, Kings Lynn and also Exodus

Geohagan's, Kettering town, have been reduced to the following prices;

£5.00 Adults

£3.00 Concessions (including Students with a valid NUS card)

£1.00 Kids (Under 16's)

Ken said earlier today, 'We have decided to reduce the prices for the two home friendly matches as we recognise that money is still tight for many people in the current economic climate and in an effort to try and encourage more of the local community, the staunch fans of many years and the potential NEW fans to The Valley Stadium we felt this was the right step to take. We want people to see the hard work that has gone on at the club throughout the closed season, both on and off the field, with the club house, including the kitchen, being redecorated, the pitch re-seeded and the goal mouths levelled, the whole place looks brighter and with the young squad of players that Gary (Whild) and Micky (Moore) are putting together things are looking good ahead of the new season. We would like fans, both young and old, to come and see that we are committed to moving this club forward and that we will continue do whatever we can to build for the future, the reduced admission prices for these two matches will hopefully give the local people a chance to come along and appreciate what we are trying to achieve at Redditch Utd and hopefully these two games leave them with a good feeling about the place and a desire to come back again during the season and support their local team'
