The First Team play at a semi-professional level in the Southern Premier League at ‘step 7′ of the football pyramid (level 1 being the Barclays Premier League). The First Team play their home matches at The Valley Stadium on Saturday afternoons, kick off at 3.00pm and Tuesday evenings, kick off at 7.45pm. The Team also take part in The F.A. Cup, F.A. Trophy, Birmingham Senior Cup and Worcester Senior Cup competitions.

Graham started his career at Sheffield Wednesday and during that time he has played in F.A. Cup & Coca Cola League Cup Finals at Wembley. He made over 150 appearances in the Premiership scoring 11 goals and has played for and worked with many seasoned managers and coaches including Ron Atkinson, Trevor Francis, Steve Bruce, Howard Wilkinson, David Pleat and Peter Taylor. Graham holds the F.A. Coaching Licence, UEFA ‘B’ Licence and UEFA ‘A’ Licence and he has spent the last four years working full time at Birmingham City FC as part of their Football Education programme, coaching 16 to 18 year olds.
Curly O’Callaghan played in non-league for various clubs then became Southern League manager with Woodford United as well as managing Southam United. Curly has been around the non league scene for 20 years.

Pete is one of the longest serving members of the Reds backroom team having joined the Reds from Alvechurch Town at the start of the 2001/02 season. Pete was involved with Aston Villa All Stars for three seasons which he says “was a great experience being involved with European Cup winners, International stars and the manager of the Republic of Ireland” with one of his fondest memories being when Steve (Stan) Staunton asked for a plaster for a minor cut!! Pete has run several marathons including New York and London (twice) and his qualifications include Part ‘A’ Diploma F.A. Treatment and Management of Sports Injuries, Sports Massage Certificate and Fitness Instructor Certificate

Dave is another REDS stalwart and has been involved with the Club for more than 20 years and during that time Dave has survived the tenure of seven different Chairman. His role as kit manager is a crucial one for the club and often goes unnoticed and unrewarded, Dave prides himself on ensuring the kit is in tip top condition for every match and his attention detail and personal touch ensures that the team look their best for every match.
Dean Coleman – Goal Keeper

An accomplished goalkeeper, Dean started his career at Walsall where he progressed through the youth ranks eventually making his senior debut for the first team in March 2005 in the League One fixture away against Blackpool when he came off the bench to save 2 penalties. The following season he went on loan at Halesowen Town where he was an ever present. Following his release from Walsall in May 2006, Dean spent brief spells at Bromsgrove Rovers and Willenhall where he helped them to the Southern Football League Division One Midlands play-off final in May 2007. Since then Dean has also had spells with Conference National side Kidderminster Harriers, Worcester City and last season had a brief spell at The Valley before he finished the season back at Halesowen Town.
Jake Bedford – Goal Keeper
Jake is a promising young goalkeeper who was the regular No.1 for the REDS during the latter part of their 2010/11 season in the Blue Square Bet North League. As a Youth player Jake played for Bustleholme, Tipton Town, Romulus and Birmingham City where his most memorable moment was playing against Chelsea at their superb Stoke Road training ground in Surrey. As a senior player Jake lists such clubs as Romulus F.C. and Studley F.C. alongside the REDS.
Alex Hickman – Defence
Joined Redditch on loan towards the end of last season from Walsall. We are delighted that Alex has signed again for us this season.
Tesfa Robinson – Defence
Tesfa played in the Academies of Birmingham City and Cheltenham Town. Playing at senior level for Pilkington, Oldbury United, Cadbury, Oldbury Athletic, Rushall Olympic and Romulus FC.
Brad Bullimore – Defence
Brad has played at Redditch United since he was 14. Brad made his First Team debut at Kirby Muxloe at the age of 16.
Tom Warmer – Midfield

Tom is a hard working, no-nonsense, creative midfield play maker, and is a product of the West Bromwich Albion youth system where he spent 10 years after joining them at just 9 years of age, he progressed through the ranks and played for their reserve team alongside players such as Albion legend Bob Taylor, Jason Roberts and Macedonian international Artim Sakiri. Tom was released at the end of the 2003/04 season when West Brom were promoted to The Premiership and he had trials with Derby County before joining local rivals Worcester City. Tom also lists Bromsgrove Rovers and Stratford Town amongst his former clubs. Tom acheived Young Player of the Year during his time for West Bromwich Albion.
Aaron Moses-Garvey – Midfield
Moses-Garvey was born in Birmingham and joined home town club Birmingham City as a boy. He played for their Academy teams and Reserve Team. In 208 he joined HInckley United of the Conference North. He has also played at Birmingham, Worcester City. His international career started for St Kitts & Nevis in 2010 World Cup Qualifier against Belize on 6th February 2008.
Lee Osborne – Midfield
Lee played as a junior player for Bloxwich United before joining Goodrich FC, Boldmere St Michael’s, Halesowen Town and Tipton Town as a senior player. Lee won player of the year for the West Midlands Regional League 2007/2008 as well as the Golden Boot for Goodrich FC.
Jamie Grimes – Defence

Jamie played for Swansea City as a first year pro and recently has had trials at Telford before joining the REDS in October 2011.
Kyle Knott – Midfield
Kyle’s previous clubs include Forest Green Rovers, Evesham United, Stafford Town, English Colleges and Hartpury Academy. His achievements encompass ECFA National Champions, Gloucestershire Youth Player of the Year. One of his biggest games to date was against Bristol City for Forest Green Rovers, where the match ended 16 – 15 on penalties with Kyle scoring the 7th one!
James Travis – Striker
James was at Walsall for six years and his other previous clubs include Gloucester City and Daventry. He is known for being a quick strong striker with an eye for the goal!
Tom O’Callaghan – Striker

Former Northampton Town academy player, Tom O’Callaghan was released from Northampton when he broke his leg. Tom is now working hard to establish himself at this level.
Jimmy Deabill – Striker

6’ 5” big strong front runner, Jimmy Deabill’s previous clubs include Abingdon Town, North Lea and Oxford City. Jimmy was Hellenic Premier League Player of the Season in 2008/09.

Coventry City Academy, Rugby Town and Daventry Town are previous clubs where Tom Berwick scored 150 goals in four seasons. Tom has also played for Nuneaton Town and Leamington.
