This season Redditch United Football 
Club has Youth and Junior teams from Under 7′s up to and including Under 18′s.
The main focus of the Youth and Junior section is to provide quality coaching and development opportunities for young players to realise their potential and hopefully go on to bigger and better things within the game.
If along the way we can develop some of these players to play for Redditch United’s First Team then this can only be beneficial for both the player and the Club and its long term future.

Redditch United Football Club is an F.A. Charter Standard Club and in May 2008 won the ‘Birmingham County F.A. Charter Standard Club Of The Year’ award in recognition of its development of young players and its continued work within the community and in October 2008 the Club achieved the highly coveted ‘F.A. Charter Standard Community Status’ award reflecting the huge progress it has made in these vital areas of the game.
All managers and coaches at the Club are F.A. CRB approved and hold various levels of coaching qualifications from Level 1 up to UEFA ‘B’.
