Youth & Junior Section .....

This season Redditch Utd Football Club has Youth & Junior teams aged from Under 9's up to and including Under 18's. We also have a Ladies team and a Disability team as part of the Youth & Junior set up. The teams play in various local leagues including the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League, the Midland Junior Premier League and the Midweek Floodlit Youth League.

This season we are also pleased to announce that we have forged links with Redditch Utd Girls F.C. a local, highly respected F.A. Charter Standard club in their own right who have a great pedigree in the women's game and we hope to develop these links and work closely with them, sharing knowledge and experiences over the coming seasons.

The main focus of the Youth and Junior section at the Club is to provide quality coaching and development opportunities for young players to realise their potential and hopefully go on to bigger and better things within the game. If along the way we can develop some of these players to play for Redditch Utd's first team then this can only be beneficial for both the player and the Club and its long term future.

Redditch Utd Football Club is an F.A. Charter Standard Club and in May 2008 was nominated as the 'Birmingham County F.A. Charter Standard Club Of The Year' in recognition of its development of young players and its continued work within the community, establishing links with local schools, girls and disability teams and in October 2008 the Club achieved the highly coveted 'F.A. Charter Standard Community Status' award reflecting the huge progress it has made in these vital areas of the game.

All managers and coaches at the Club are F.A. CRB approved and hold various levels of coaching qualifications from Level 1 up to UEFA 'B'
